Our team of reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners provide infertility treatment within the intimate setting of a doctor's office. Our new 9,000 square foot office in midtown Manhattan, complete with cutting-edge laboratory facilities and ambulatory surgical center, is designed to yield the finest clinical outcomes while consolidating our services into one convenient location for the ease and comfort of our patients. Almost all of our procedures are performed at our Manhattan office, and we also have facilities in Long Island and Hackensack, New Jersey to assist our patients who live outside the New York City area.

AFS accepts most major insurance plans and our financial counselor will be happy to discuss how to work within your budget to handle any uncovered expenses. We also have financing options for people without insurance coverage.
